[Free DL] Ninja Funk - Need That

April 5, 2016 -

Matt Haun

Today we’re bringing you a brand new tune from Ninja Funk, a dj/production duo based out of Los Angeles. JPG Mcfly and LVZER WOLF, aka Ninja Funk, garnered their sizable following from numerous live performances throughout the West Coast dj circuit, and only began dropping original content within the past year. This new single marks the first official release from their upcoming debut LP – The Yellow Belt Album.

Need That supplies a highly vigorous juxtaposition of melodic interludes and banging 808s. And just in case the first drop doesn’t blow your mind, the second drop kicks the energy level up even higher. The new track provides promising prospects for the imminent Yellow Belt LP, which Ninja Funk plan to release singles from on a monthly basis until the album officially drops.

Ninja Funk

Ninja Funk has put out three originals to date, showing a clear progression across each release. Though each track stands out with respectively distinct characteristics, it's clear these guys love living in the world of high-energy trap music. We’re definitely going to keep our eyes on these two Icon Collective graduates as they continue to develop and define their sound.
