I have been incredibly impressed with the stuff Jacob van Hage has been working on over the last few months, with his remix of 'Earth Meets Water' alongside Nash previously being featured by on Daily Beat by myself. However his latest remix of the Canadian indie quartet Metric' track, Artificial Nocturne is by far the best thing he has put out so far. Van Hage completely re-envisions Metric's beautiful lyrics and melody, turning them into a progressive house banger, with a clanging trancy feel to it.
