SoCal based artist Connor Schatzel, aka LUMBERJVCK, hits us with a heavy new remix for Niveau Zero's Undergound Flavor. This track was recently dropped on Excision's Rotton Recordings label and we think its one of Connor's most vicious tracks yet. LUMBERJVCK came to light in the past year with a grimey hybrid sound that reflects the bass of dubstep with the attitude of a yung trap squad. This new remix is a perfect interpretation of his vision for the ultimate hybrid trap banger.

The structure of the song is disguised with unique energy driving production. Rather than clearly defining where we're at, it's as though the track is always at its peak and it just goes harder and harder as it progresses. LUMBERJVCK has definitely sampled chainsaw sounds in the past to fit his theme of a forrest hungry tree bark occupationist, but this time around he did something a bit different. The sound is recreated in a heavy synth that basically rips through the drop delivering his theme and aggression in a mind melting way. The drop then continues to keep interest with blaring dubstep wubs that are both scary and trill at the same time ¯\(°_o)/¯

Last time we met up with him he dropped a new track with 12th Planet inside Havoc Thursdays that was absolutely ridiculous. If you haven't been keeping up with LUMBERJVCK then now is the best time to do so.
