After bringing on Aseem to the Daily Beat team, I have been getting into Jersey Club even more each and every day. So, as I've said many times in the past, I find myself procrastinating on SoundCloud, browsing the site for some hot tunes, and I think I found a winner. After Lorde emerged onto the scene with her hit "Royals," we've been looking for that signature breakthrough move the pop-star should take. Well, while this tune may not be blasting throughout mainstream radio, it sure fits into the Jersey Club remix category. After hearing what Vices, the Jersey Club duo from Orlando, Florida, did with this tune, it puts us all in that happy, palm tree-seeking state of mind that seems like a distant dream for those of you stuck here on the East Coast. Who can blame us? After this week pretty much being National Hate Florida Week (Day) , I think this track is an even greater stab in the heart to us Northern folk. Nonetheless, the track is poppin' with signature synth sounds and overall good vibes. Enjoy!
