If You Like Bass, Do NOT Miss Project Z

Recently Insomniac Events has been throwing events and hosting stages geared towards certain styles of electronic music. You have Dreamstate taking care of the trance, Bassrush covering the Dubstep, Trap, and Drum n Bass, Basscon holding it down for the Hardstyle, and Factory 93 for all the house and techno heads.

Next Saturday August 12th Bassrush and Basscon are joining forces for the second edition of Project Z at the NOS Events Center. The Bassrush stage features some heavy hitters like the OG Borgore, Never Say Die wonder kid Eptic, and the group that quickly gained tons of popularity with their disgusting bass sounds Gentlemens Club. These are only the top lines and the undercard isn’t weak in any way with some of the artists producing some of the most original dubstep around such as Oolacile.

The Basscon stage is stacked top to bottom with great hardstyle acts such as the well loved happy hardcore king Darren Styles, and a rare classics set from one of the first DJs I ever heard DJ Isaac.

This year for Project Z they added another stage showcasing the weird trippy bass music that has been blowing up recently. The lineup for this stage is completely absurd and I can’t believe that it is actually happening. Acts like Eprom, Ivy Lab, Conrank, Tsuruda, and Holly will melt your brain with their gritty bass lines and wonky beats. Ganja White Night and Moody Good will throw down their unique takes on dubstep inspired bass music with some sets that will blow you away.

If you love bass at all you need to be at this event! Get your tickets here!
