We all love looking at the music lineup for a festival as it is the hub of the expeirnece, but The Do Lab's Lightning In A Bottle Festival is taking things a bit further. This year's event will feature a redefined structure for their plans to shape the festival goer's experience through holistic lectures, workshops, and yoga. The Temple will consist of a music stage surrounded by adjacent structures for Learning Kitchen, Healing Sanctuary, and other interactive experiences.
We're most excited to catch a lecture from Dennis McKenna, one of the most foreword thinking professionals who has devoted his life to the study of medical use for psychedelics. He is also the brother of Terrence McKenna if that's not impressive enough.
Speakers and workshops include best-selling author of Conversations with God Neale Donald Walsch, Buddhist scholar and humanitarian Pema Khandro Rinpoche, ethnopharmacologist and author Dennis McKenna, yogini and health coach Hemalayaa, reggae historian Roger Steffens, transformational culture author Daniel Pinchbeck, social permaculture expert Pandora Thomas, tantra teacher Kamali Minter, the White Witch of LA Maja D'Aoust, men’s empowerment coach Zat Baraka, and feminine embodiment mentor Joanne Ameya Cohen. - The Do Lab
Lightning In A Bottle is just around the corner and with this news we are just excited as ever to be apart of it. The festival is taking place on Memorial Day Weekend May 21st - 25th in Bradley California and we have no doubt it'll be our top pick for the 2015 festival season.
If you're looking to kick up the fun a bit early The Do Lab will be hosting a pre-event for the Temple of Consciousness as well as a party at Club Nokia with performances from Justin Jay, Autograf, Astronautica, Coyote Kisses, Dimond Saints, and G Jones.
