Len Faki & Johannes Heil - The Octopuss

March 24, 2014 -

Oscar Hoyle

Used in many of one of techno's biggest ever names Sven Vath's sets, 'The Octopuss' is a no-nonsense, driving and upbeat 10 minutes of techno perfection. Produced by German duo Len Faki and Johannes Heil, the track begins with a simple, yet evil beat before the claps and bassline smash in, immediately upping the pace of the track. The song settles down in the mid section, with an eerie and industrial feeling. The buildup to the second drop is immense with a minimalistic ringing sound echoing throughout, accompanied by a shuddering bassline and long lasting horn. Enjoy
