Kaskade Drops His Official Remix Of Jack U & Justin Bieber's "Where Are U Now"

Jack U & Justin Bieber: one of the most unexpected but most exciting collaborations in recent memory. The fusion of a superstar pop sensation like Justin and one of the biggest EDM power duos like Jack U took everybody by surprise, but it was inevitable. Culturally, dance music has fast become the genre that most influences radio pop, and from a business perspective, this collaboration has seemingly brought Justin Bieber back from the depths of disgrace and moved Skrillex and Diplo onto the radar of younger listeners that may never have given them a listen in the first place. “Where Are U Now” is now well on its way to full-on cultural domination, and Kaskade’s official remix is going to expedite that process in an unbelievable way.

Officially released today, Ryan Raddon’s rendition of the track is the missing piece of the puzzle. With the loud, syncopated hi-hats and prominent, infectiously groovy bass line that are becoming ubiquitous in popular dance music, this remix is going to be everywhere this summer – starting with EDC Las Vegas this weekend. The original mix may be making waves by hitting #19 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, but there are still some in our community that may have been reluctant to fully embrace it. Considering Kaskade’s monumental track record and his unanimous approval in the dance world, anyone who was still on the fence will likely find something that they enjoy about this record.

Feast your ears on the remix below, and then head over to iTunes to purchase it.
