Jurab Gets "Gangsta" With It for Rebel Yard Debut

Dutch producer Jurab is gettin' down and dirty. With the release of "Gangsta" on Partysquad's Rebel Yard imprint, Jurab blends and binds multiple styles. Fresh to the scene and the newest addition to the Rebel Yard roster, the young Amsterdam native conveys some underground vibes on this one. Electro structure, housey undertones and a grimy drop account for an instant favorite of mine this year. The drops are funky and resonate nicely. He also pays an honorable homage to the legendary Tupac and the gangsta mentality with the sample, "There's gonna be some stuff you gonna see that's gonna make it hard to smile in the future."
