Releasing on the active and growing label Maison Fauna, HIDD3N HAND has now been signed, dropping upcoming single, “More of Your Love,” their first track out in over a year.
Clearly their return to the studio was a must as the distinctive and nuanced elements wove together exquisitely, the sonic crafting of the single syncs together a dark essence, sweeping pulsating synths, and a tight, forward-driven percussion that unites moments together.
An identity being more-or-less hidden and not much on the background and experience of the duo, the music speaks for itself and is the focal point that centers almost entirely around the music.
Sharing a message themselves that defines more of their direction, “working in the darkness to bring you the light”, juxtaposition within is a highlight here. Old school house collides with new bass house rhythms, a haunting theme tangles with eased-leaning tempos. Handling somewhat conflicting spectrums, a path is found to make it work nicely and tightly.
