"The next evolution of the iconic "Keep Walking" campaign is a message of hope from a successful man to his younger self, brought to life through a global journey around a world full of people trying to move themselves forward, with one foot in the frustrations of today's workplace and an eye on the potential of the future."
In the midst of Gesaffalstein's work on his upcoming debut album set for October 28th, his interview with Vogue Hommes International, as well as mixing the premier Belgian 1 day festival, I Love Techno's compilation mix, the French DJ now has something else to add. Having his song, "Pursuit" featured in Johnnie Walker's "Keep Walking" campaign. Now, two months after debuting his beautiful and twisted artistic rendition of the music video, "Pursuit," the whisky company thought it would be a perfect fit for their newest campaign. When the feeling is right it is right. However, while Gesaffelstein's plot was drenched with undertones of metaphors left and right, Johnnie Walker's Fight Club-esque plot line in the one minute commercial entitled "From the Future" is much more forward in the lessons being taught: take care of your life, follow out your dreams and drink Johnnie Walker.
