The EDM scene has began to see more and more producers taking influences from Jamaica’s dancehall scene. As trends like these flourish, new artists often step up to capitalize on new niches. One such musician is Toronto’s Frank Walker, an artist who’s well known for his downtempo house stylings. However, his latest work, a track titled “Run With The Real,” takes the rising dancehall sound design and combines it with house to make for a delightful new dance track.

The tune features fiery and forward vocals from LA’s rising vocalist DAVS alongside Walker’s infectious electronic interludes. Furthermore, the song's percussion with a righteous reggae influence and infectious synths definitely promise to get you dancing before it’s over.

Walker has been on the rise recently, locking in clutch tour dates alongside genre giants such as The Chainsmokers, Adventure Club, and Don Diablo in recent months. It's looking like this guy is finally finding his own sound, and with support from these artists we’ll definitely be hearing more from him in the future. Check out the track and get to know Frank Walker!
