Flume is the only producer that will make us drop everything we are doing at the site of a new release. Tonight he surprised the internet with a brand new music video featuring his latest piece of genius with Andrew Wyatt. Flume has a knack for supreme vocal remixing and collaborations, which fits perfectly in the realm of Miike Snow's Andrew Wyatt. Andrew's most recent involvement was a feature with A-Trak for their hit single Push, therefore it made sense for him to link up with Australian's biggest electronic sensation.
This track is hands down one of Flume's most mature pieces. He has been developing an experimental style in his production with a more delicate edge. The piece begins with a minimally washed out beat accompanied by Andrew's poppy vocal line. The first part of the track might not even be recognized by Flume's sound with its eerily soft style. Anyone unfamiliar with Flume might discredit this, but the track soon progresses instrumentally into a ghastly masterpiece. The steady build of tension finally tips over your brain as Flume drops an extremely climactic drop. The entire song is like a movie displaying Harley's growth beyond the future bass style.
