Yes, Flo Rida, we see that you aren't the only pop-icon that rips tracks from talented DJs and producers to turn them into radio topping smash hits. The latest controversy comes out of the Anujnabeats camp that American Recording artist and founding member of the hip-hop/pop group Black Eyed Peas, will.i.am ripped Mat Zo & Arty's 'Rebound' without any permission from the label or the two artists involved in the track.
Alongside Chris Brown on vocals, will.i.am isn't the first artist to turn these ever-growing electronic beats into a mere commercialized radio topping hit. So now the speculation begins. Arty took his anger to Twitter in expressing the shear disappointment that he knew nothing regarding this manner and applauded Zo for leaving Twitter amongst all this controversy.
This year old track, released on Above & Beyond's label in April of 2011, will not be the only track we hear with these quote un quote 'original back-tracking beats.' But, in the meantime, keep an eye out for any development on this stolen rip.
