Philly hotspot Theatre of the Living Arts – better known around these parts as the TLA – is hosting the Emancipator Ensemble Winter Tour this Thursday, February 13th. Portland-based headliner and tour namesake Emancipator is  best known for his downtempo trip-hop compositions and world renowned live show. Direct support (and Daily Beat favorites) Odesza is not an act to miss. Their unique brand of soulful electronic beats and cosign from Pretty Lights himself make them a group to watch in 2014, so make sure to get there early when doors open at 7pm. Experimental pop artist Drew Englander aka Real Magic joins the lineup as the opener for the night at 8pm. The frosty winter weather sets the mood perfectly for this Thursday's show at the TLA. Tickets are $25 on Ticketmaster, an easy price to pay to watch some of the masters of live electronica work their magic.
