Continuing their long and prolific legacy of progressive performances, this month's Check Yo' Ponytail 2 at the Echoplex will feature former DMC DJ Championship Finalist Magnus August Høiberg AKA Cashmere Cat. However, competition is far behind the 26-year old Norwegian DJ and producer with the release of his new Wedding Bells EP. He'll be making his way back to LA next week after stopping by Austin, Texas for SXSW. The cat has certainly got groove with edits of Jeremih, 2 Chainz and Lana, not to mention production on Ludacris's "Party Girls." The party will also feature Jersey Club hotshot Trippy Turtle and New York DJ Obey City. Although advance tickets are sold out, a limited amount will still be sold at the door Tuesday the 18th.
