On February 6th one of our favorites from the EDM scene will be throwing down a set at the El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles. Alvin Risk has been in the game for awhile, always producing heavy electronic music with a uniqe flavor.

We first heard him from the bass heavy anthem Dirty Dancer that came with the moombahton boom in 2011. Since then he's been proving his worth with experimental productions of epic EDM tracks such as Psychotic and Skyclad. Out of all the crazy tracks Alvin has dropped in his career last year topped it off with the release of Try It Out, a collaboration with Skrillex.

Now its 2015 and Alvin is fresh off of his latest Venture EP. This is something that's not only phenomenal in arrangement but completely unique in its structure. Alvin sings on this EP with dark twisted lyricism making it just as artistic as it is hard hitting.  If you're into forward thinking electronic music but you're also a fan of the main stage then this EP is perfect for you. And seeing as Alvin usually DJs in a live setting we're pretty curious to see how he'll be performing these tracks.
