Eptic has been on point from day one. His debut Like A Boss EP topped charts for weeks after its release back in 2012, and the Belgian dub-master has not slowed down since. His steady stream of singles, remixes, and EPs has paved the way for his rise through the ranks of bass music legends. His recent Spinnin’ Records collab with JAUZ, Get Down, has been rinsed in live sets all around the world. This past week, Eptic graced listeners with his latest single – Cosmic. This new tune comes to us as the first of six tracks to be released on Eptic's upcoming Overlord EP.
Cosmic blends elements of future bass and hybrid trap to form one wickedly banging track. The melodically vocal intro builds into a brief moment of bright, wavey chords before dropping listeners into a pit of wild sound design and chromatic intensity. Assuming Cosmic is a good indicator of what to expect for the rest of Overlord, we’re anticipating one hell of an EP. We’ll keep our eyes glued on the young producer as he continues to melt faces.
