August is quickly coming to the end and ELEMENTS Music and Arts Festival is still on our minds at the Daily Beat. BangOn!NYC hosted one of the hottest (literally) parties of the summer. Right on the water in Red Hook, Brooklyn ELEMENTS Music and Arts Festival was a sublime fusion of urban warehouse party meets whimsical music festival. It was an all day event filled with filthy beats, intriguing stages, delectable munchies, and happy music fans. The event was a major success with over 8,500 people in attendance and we are happy to say that ELEMENTS will be returning in summer 2017! Until then we will be counting down the days until next years event, but for now lets take peek at some of my favorite moments of ELEMENTS Music and Arts festival 2016;

-Let me start off by saying I had an amazing time, and thought the sound quality and overall organization of the event was superb.

-I also enjoyed watching people play with the giant skeleton!

-Dancing on top of a sick school bus.

-Catching Govinda for the first time.

-Witnessing the breathtaking fire performers.

-Devouring heavenly authentic New York pizza.

-Sweating on the dance floor to the Desert Hearts crew.

-The killer design and visuals of the main stage.

-Ghastly's super sick set.

-Cooling off with well deserved Ben & Jerry's ice cream.

-Meeting genuine like minded individuals.

Take a minute to check out the official recap video of the event! If you were in attendance its time to relive the adventure, and if you missed out here's a great sneak preview of what to expect for next year.
