Dreadhauk Mixes and Mashes "Gold Skies" to Perfection

June 9, 2016 -

Bradley J. Callison

We started the beginning of this year with the deep house sounds of Orange County producer Dreadhauk and now at the middle of the year we are treated with yet another top-notch innovative track. Since last October, the young gun has "Feed the Monsta", taught us to "Fly", shown us how to "Back It Up" and displayed his ability to "Take It Deeper". With shows lining up for the summer and a few more surprises in store being unleashed in the coming months, it has been quite the sight to watch this Southern California kid grow and develop before my eyes in the span of half a year. After taking a little break to breathe and chance to clear the head, Dreadhauk is ready to make his mark known this summer. Stepping out of his comfort zone, the up and coming producer took it upon himself to take a stab at reworking Sander Von Doorn, Martin Garrix and DVBBS with "Gold Skies". The remix is nothing short of impressive and puts on display the producer's ability to posses the diversity and innovation necessary to thrive and stand out in a saturated industry.
