Dreadhauk "Fly"

December 4, 2015 -

Bradley J. Callison

Dreadhauk is back at it and this time is teaching us how it feels to "Fly." Two months ago "Feed the Monsta" was unleashed to a warm reception for the artist out of Orange County. With "Fly," Dreadhauk has taken one step deeper into house music. A solid bassline and some darker vibes takes me back to the underground rave scene in Los Angeles. It will be interesting to see if he will become even more comfortable with the deeper house productions in the future. His ability to jump to different styles will pay off huge dividends in the future, as versatility with multiple genres is becoming more and more prevalent today. Dreadhauk will be on my radar in 2016 and it wouldn't hurt for him to be on yours either.
