Okay, so we all know Drake’s a boss. Whether you love him or hate him or are somewhere in between, it’s pretty evident that he lives the life. There are some songs that exhibit this lavish lifestyle exceptionally well – the latest example being ‘Started From The Bottom.’ The beat is unbelievably catchy and Drake’s half-singing, half-rapping thing that he does is perfect for this track. The video doesn’t hurt either. In fact, it’s literally one of the sickest videos I’ve seen ever in my life. I get angry with jealousy when I watch it. From dancing in a moving car, to dancing in a supermarket aisle, to dancing on a billboard, to dancing at a drunken pool party…you get the picture. Why can’t I be drake? It even has a minute-long dialogue break (0:55-2:00) which contains some surprisingly good humor and an incredibly hot woman. I gotta say, though, I don’t quite understand the youth soccer scene at the beginning. I guess it’s just a metaphor for ballin’ out and doin’ it big. Please do yourself a favor and check it out.
