DLG. & Koastle Team Up Once Again for Reflective Single “Erase”

Indie artist DLG., known for his soulful vocals and genre-blurring production, teams up once again with long-time collaborators Koastle for the release of “Erase.” The single is available now on Spotify and Soundcloud, offering a moving glimpse into DLG.’s forthcoming debut album, arriving October 10.

“Erase” is both personal and expansive. Written in the aftermath of a four-year relationship and inspired by Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, the track reflects on memory, heartbreak, and the desire to move forward. Recorded at Spotify Studios in Los Angeles and completed during a cabin writing session in Tahoe, the single blends intimate storytelling with textured, melodic production that feels at once raw and cinematic.

The release continues DLG.’s steady rise as one of indie music’s most compelling new voices. With over 50 million streams already to his name, his work has drawn comparisons to artists like Mac Miller and Tame Impala for its mix of emotional honesty and wide-reaching sound. The creative vision behind his debut album extends beyond music, with artwork developed in collaboration with his mother, a painter and sculptor, further grounding the project in personal roots.

Koastle, the Orange County duo of Andy Mueller and Brett Beaudette, bring their shimmering, experimental style to the track, weaving electronic textures that elevate DLG.’s storytelling. With influences from Flume, Odesza, and Porter Robinson, and support from outlets like Lyrical Lemonade as well as artists including The Chainsmokers and San Holo, Koastle add both depth and energy to the collaboration.

With “Erase,” DLG. and Koastle showcase the creative chemistry that has defined their past work while closing the chapter on singles ahead of DLG.’s debut album.

With “Erase,” DLG. completes this chapter and sets sights on what’s next.
