Diplo Drops "Everyday"

A late night gift was delivered to Diplo fans last night, when he dropped "Everyday" via Soundcloud. The song is off the beaten path for a producer best known for his high adrenaline twerk anthems. Then again, putting up a song that isn't typical Diplo is something that he's been known for in the past and "Everyday" is no exception. The instrumental track has a strong hip hop influence and the fact that the only info on song says, "rap on it," it leads us to believe that Wes expects some killer remixes and rap verses to go with it in the future.

I believe the rerelease of his first EP F1ORIDA last week sparked something in him to go back to his roots, which is primarily hip-hop and the result was "Everyday." It would be great if Diplo put out more experimental tracks like this in the future because it reminds us why he's one of the most popular producers in the world, but only time will tell.
