Deadmau5's publicist has had a long couple of weeks, first there's the on going Disney dispute, then Fehrplay's remix, and now Mau5trap has released the highly anticipated Dillon Francis remix of, "Some Chords." Similar to Fehrplay's rework, it sounds like it was started from scratch because it bares a minimal comparison to the original track. Dillon completely makes the track his own while at the same time he keeps Joel's electro influences in tact. "Some Chords" has always been a crowd pleaser and it's awesome that Joel chose Dillon to bring it back into sets.
There's plenty more Deadmau5 remixes to look forward to with 5 Years of Mau5 getting released on November 24th on EMI.
