Dabin has steadily evolved into one of electronic music’s most versatile and musically trained artists. Originally from Toronto and now based in Los Angeles by way of Denver, the producer and multi-instrumentalist has spent more than a decade refining a sound that bridges acoustic instrumentation with electronic structure. Known for his live sets that incorporate guitar, drums, and piano, Dabin has carved out a lane where musicianship and festival-ready production are treated with equal weight.

His career began in 2011 with early support from Kannibalen Records, followed by releases on Seeking Blue. Since then, he’s built a catalog that includes collaborations with artists such as Seven Lions, SLANDER, Said the Sky, and Illenium—his work with the latter resulting in the standout track “Hearts On Fire” and multiple live tours together. Dabin’s solo live show has grown into a full band format, launching the Sanctuary Live Band in 2023, which includes longtime collaborator Grabbitz among its members.

Alongside his touring efforts, Dabin launched his Stay In Bloom festival in 2024. The inaugural edition sold out and will expand to multiple cities in 2025, including Brooklyn and the Bay Area. With a growing community around his music and live shows, Dabin’s career has taken a more expansive and independent direction in recent years.

His latest album Aura Park, released ahead of the festival’s second edition, reflects that shift. Spanning thirteen tracks, the project includes collaborations with Skylar Grey, Said the Sky, FRND, Frosttop, Blanke, and others. Tracks like “Hollow” and “I See You” showcase his continued interest in melody and emotional weight while moving beyond the confines of EDM. Built around layered songwriting and diverse production styles, Aura Park underscores Dabin’s role not only as a producer, but as a curator of his own creative ecosystem.
