Multi-talented chromonicci. continues to prove that you can have both quality and quantity with his newest project. Taking no breaks in between his myriad of drops this year, the prolific producer is set to release his newest EP, Abstract Soul., out now via Radio Juicy. In Abstract Soul., Christian Crenshaw uses both his beatmaking and vocal abilities as a platform to showcase his love for both soul music and hip-hop.

chromonicci. gives insight about Abstract Soul., saying, "I've always loved harmony, and felt like a melody speaks more directly to the soul than some lyrics do." He continues, "With this project, I set out to explore that in totality. Each song features a blend of some of my favorite and most raw spiritual melodies."

Void of lyrics, Crenshaw notes that this project is still completely vocal-driven. He provides, "When y'all listen to this, I hope that you can truly hear my voice as an extension of the instrumentation. Sometimes it's front and center, but other times it wraps everything in a warm sonic blanket. Also, what the fuck is so important about lyrics anyway? People don't be saying ANYTHING with the words that are written sometimes. The real communication happens in the intention, so I hope you can hear something."
