I really do appreciate the inner workings of this Daily Beat community. Our trusted New York City contributor James Donnelly showed me this brand new Chromeo tune, and boy did he know that this track would be right up my alley. Ever since the emergence of nu disco, I've found myself posting a pretty decent amount of tracks from the likes of Oliver Nelson, A-Trak (Duck Sauce) and now the Canadian electro-funk duo Chromeo. Sexy Socialite is the culmination of my love for the nu-disco and funk vibes the duo has to offer. The 80s synth coupled with the richness of the bass makes this tune worth putting on repeat. Enjoy!
