After spending a lot of time in London's Ministry Of Sound Club I've become accustomed to hearing new tracks that blow me away within the starting seconds of hearing them. Each time i head to MOS I always seem to come away with a lyric or a melody stuck in my head, which I will then use for the next couple of days in order to find that track that shook my body. This week was no different. The gallery night at MOS on Friday hosted a night full of Armada beats and throughout the night new music resounded through the walls of London. One song as usual caught my attention and I spent the entirety of yesterday evening recovering from EDC London and trying to find this track. Yes I found it, and yes of course i'm posting it, and YES it is a HUGE track!
No longer a rookie to the scene, Chris Schweizer and his highly inflammable prog-electro sound are quickly gaining ground. In the sounds of the Buenos Aires talent, you'll find energy, a deep, pounding bass and a well-balanced mix of electro, progressive and house. Just the right combination to get your body smashing up and down as the beat rumbles through your body. This particular track by Chris is an absolute showstopper. 'The Kraken', which was released on May 13, 2013, already rocked the thousands of ASOT lovers at the A State of Trance 600 event in Den Bosch, and in my opinion, its going to continue to do the same at every single event its played at. I expect every single person reading this to turn this track up to the max and wait for that steam train of bass to charge into your body. Try not to get run over. Enjoy!
