Taking you guys right back to 2007, when the formidable duo of Caspa & Rusko released their unbelievable album as part of the FabricLive Mix Series. This album was a milestone for Dubstep as a genre and with the duo recognising the crossover betweeen the dub reggae, garage and drum n bass scenes this 29 track packed compilation album was something special. Since this album the fall of dubstep has been sharp, with many of the first artists of the scene moving to greener pastures in terms of producing - including Caspa & Rusko. One of my favourite tracks of the album, Rock Bottom features melancholic orchestral dubstep, with soothing lyrics and chilled out wobbly basslines. As well as their own tracks the Englishmen included other notable tracks - Click here for the full album on YouTube - Personal favourites Cockney Thug, Girl from Codeine City and Bread Get Bun
