On December 11, Bromance Records will be making their way to Brooklyn's Verboten, one of the stops on their tour supporting their latest compilation Homieland Volume 1. The label shifts throughout many diverse sounds, but primarily focuses in deep house/techno and has garnered the attention of everyone in the blogosphere as the prophets of knowing where electronic music is heading next. Lead by Kanye West producer, Brodinski, the label features several artists that have been up and coming over the years. Brodi who was one of the first people that pushed the now international deep house superstar, Gesaffellstein, and everyone else on his label holds similar potential. Last week he unleashed his first single in months, "Can't Help Myself" which was also paired with a beautiful and surrealistic video.

As a first hand testament to Bromance's shows, I can say that they always find a way to set the bar and always bring some fresh sounds to the table. Brodinski, Lousiahhh!, Para One, Myd, Sam Tiba (The former 2 make up half of Club Cheval) are always a guaranteed great time, so most of the show is covered. But what I'm most excited to hear is the mysterious Gener8ion. Not much is known about this producer/DJ except that he came out of no where and released his first track through Bromance. On top of all of these amazing artists, Verboten has earned quite the reputation of being one of the premier venues in the blossoming Greenpoint club scene, making this night one that you definitely won't want to miss.
