Daily Beat Exclusive Interview: Funtcase Live From Bounce Boat (06.13.14)

June 24, 2014 -

Ashlyn Fulton

The third Bounce Boat voyage of 2014 set said last Friday, June 13 as its first ever special edition, Bass Waves, could only mean one thing: beats so hard, we'd vibrate the entire Hudson River. With a new room added, the stage total hit 3 and each room pumped tunes, each heavier than the next. With support from Schoolboy and Victor Niglio, UK Dubstep producer Funtcase took over the Hornblower Infinity and us bassheads got our fix.

Before throwing down the grimiest, filthiest Dubstep set that's ever boarded Bounce Boat, Circus Records own Funtcase sat down with me to talk a bit about his journey into the record label, the story behind his mask (which was originally a dare), billy sastard, and his deep alias, Haze.
