Lucid Presents Boogaloo Pre-Party 2017 w/ Sacha Robotti & LondonBridge

This weekend prepare yourself to get funky with the OC based party Lucid as they build the hype for one of SoCal's biggest art car music festivals Boogaloo at the official pre-party going down at Bar Ellipsis in Santa Ana, California.

Boogaloo is founded by The Dirty Beetles who have been Burning Man outsiders for as long as they’ve existed. Their ragtag crew came together as a home for individuals too weird, too extreme, too wild or too dirty to find a home elsewhere on The Playa. The Boog is a shambling spring pilgrimage for art cars and their owners, the weird and wonderful souls of the SoCal scene that like to get down without pretense or bullshit.

Whereas the Burning Man community used to represent the more extreme side of music and art, the modern-day Burner community is beginning to crossover into more well-known parts of the music industry a bit more fluidly. The artists performing at this year's official pre-party represent the likes of some of house music's biggest tech-house labels including Dirtybird, This Ain't Bristol, and Perfect Driver.
