BLVCK LIGHT Turns Up the Heat

December 7, 2015 -

The last we heard from newly formed duo, BLVCK LIGHT, they had just released their production, "Dreamer." The track featured one of BLVCK LIGHT's own members on vocals and was well received. This past weekend they officially had their debut as a duo at the newly vamped Heat Nightclub in Anaheim, CA. With a set spanning from originals to deadmau5 and Seven Lions, it is apparent that BLVCK LIGHT have wasted no time in pursuing and making their own dreams come true.

The night was put together by Social Management Group, a new event group started from The Social Group from Sutra in Costa Mesa. Also coming out of the venture is Arose, which has BLVCK LIGHT under their roster. Arose also has their feet in some of the major clubs within the Los Angeles/Orange County and soon to be San Diego areas and look now to take their momentum to Heat and beyond.

With the crowd responding rather remarkably and filling the dance floor, the energy and mixing was on point all night. Heat features a more intimate setting and this turned out to work perfectly for BLVCK LIGHT's debut. I witnessed Ghastly and Mija here as well earlier in the year when both were just blowing up and the same thing might be happening here soon with BLVCK LIGHT. Engaging the crowd and oozing with energy, BLVCK LIGHT had a little something for everyone's musical taste. While keeping us wanting for more, the duo are already back at Heat this week in support for Dash Berlin and you can grab tickets here.
