With over 6 million plays on his Soundcloud, it is very clear that Blackbear is taking the music scene by storm and bringing to it a totally different feel. His newest release, 4u, has the three things I feel all music should have; great lyrics, solid vocals and a high production level, which unlike most artists, Blackbear brings to the table all by himself. I'm not even sure what to categorize his music as but it has a very Hip-Hop/ R&B feel with a semi synthetic beat that makes any music lover totally captivated while listening to it. Be on the watch for him he's dropping his first full length album, +deadroses on February 14th and by the sounds of his first release off of it, it's going to be amazing.
