Big Sean - Switch Up (feat. Common)

I'm usually not a big Big Sean fan (get it?), but this song makes my head rock. It has so many of the fundamental aspects of hip-hop that I love and have been missing lately. It has a super catchy beat, which is always a plus, and on top of that, Big Sean's tone of voice in the song is especially bossy. He's kinda half-yelling at the listener about how much of a boss he is, which in turn augments our opinion of his bossiness, which then allows us to appreciate the song more. Or maybe that's just me. But I mean, come on, he starts the song with "Bitch I'm sexy as fuck, you ain't even gotta tell me." What more can you ask for? Check it out.
