Between his 3 aliases and his main Besomorph account, Bessam Witwit has to be one of the busiest and most productive guys in the music industry. A quick glance at his profile shows dozens and dozens of singles released since 2019, all having righteous themes and numbers on them. Although he crushes when it comes to house music with a dark tinge, he's not afraid to dip his toes in the world of hip-hop. His latest "Blessed," featuring M.I.M.E and 2Scratch, embodies his versatility as it puts out there he's able to step out of a comfort zone and still capture something that's top-class, given the angle it's going for.
Between the two talents who are spitting game on the track, there's a balanced amount of airtime they each get across the 3:20 long song. M.I.M.E provides a fast-paced, rhythmic vocal element while 2Scratch comes in with melodic energy. The dichotomy going on here plays off each other nicely. The single carries a deep, meaningful message without sacrificing digestibility. Clearly these three were meant to work together, given what has been immortalized through the epic essence that is this track.
Expect more releases from all 3 of these artists throughout the year - they have serious hype between them and seem very driven to continue to carry out their distinctive visions.
