As promised, here is a feature on Canadian Born singer/songwriter/producer, Kiesza. Where to start? Kiesza has taken part in innumerable different roles, from ballerina to navy code-breaker. She is most certainly now the talk of the town amongst the modern musical world.

As a producer, Kiesza has dipped her toes in almost as many genres as she has had jobs. She has tried her arm with the house tune,"Hideaway", successfully I should add, released on Lokal Legend, attracting remixes from the likes of Gorgon City, Arka and many more. Kiesza also recently released a cover of Haddaway's "What Is Love", which is definitely a chilling acoustic rendition of an absolute classic.

Following on from her success with "Hideaway", Kiesza was invited to perform in Radio 1Xtra's Live Lounge, an occasion saved for the hottest, most talented up & comers. Her performance just proves the extent of her gift. It's not very often that artists can perform a track live, and maintain the quality of an edited studio recording, but here I would scarcely be able to distinguish between the two if I weren't watching the evidence.

It would appear this woman has the lot, being so talented in so many walks of life. She is definitely is one to watch in the future, so make sure you check her out if you haven't already done so!
