5 Tracks On Repeat From The CRSSD Fest Spring '17 Lineup

February 20, 2017 -

Louis Garcia

With all this rain I know its doubtful, but Spring is right around the corner and with it comes the start of festival season.  Kicking off the season is one of our favorites, FNGRS CRSSD's very own CRSSD Fest hosted in San Diego California.

Although ot feels as if this festival has been around for quite a bit it was only two short years ago the first one took the Southern California festival scene by storm.  By now you know all about the scenic views and the picturesque sunsets this festival has to offer so let’s just go ahead and talk about the real reason CRSSD has made such a strong name for themselves, and that’s the music, so here are five tracks to get you pumped for the weekend

Giraffage 'Bring Me Your Love'

With Giraffage you can expect to get hit straight in the feels and this track is no different.  This song is definitely more on the chill side but the familiar Giraffage sounds and the waviness of the song will definitely have you vibing out quickly.  You can expect an incredible set from him as he makes his return to Crssd Fest

Amtrac 'Piano Boy'

With Amtrac you know the house that you are getting is going to be on point and his recent track of Piano Boy is a good example of that.  With an upbeat tempo and a funky melody this track dares you not to get your feet moving.

Detlef 'Swagon'

We first heard wind of this track through a video of the legendary Green Velvet dropping it at BPM festival in Mexico last month. If you did not think that this tech house producer could pull off making a hit with a Soulja Boy sample then think again.

Sonny Fodera 'Sleep Talk (Sonny Fodera Edit)'

Something about Sonny Fodera's minimally ghetto inspired tech house flows extremely deep and raw, a perfect combination for techno and deep house lovers. This latest edit of Chris Lorenzo's Sleep Talk begins melodic more on the deep house vibe but drops into a fat ghetto bassline like we would expect from Sonny. If you're on the fence about catching his set then checkout his recent Radio 1 Essential Mix.

Justin Martin 'The Music Got Me (Justin Martin Remix)'

It would not be a CRSSD Fest without a little taste of Dirtybird. This year we'll be once again blessed by one of their top dawgs Justin Martin who recently put out his remix of Claptone's 'The Music Got Me' and will hopefully be dropping bombs from the upcoming 'Hello Clouds Remixes' record.
