We Are FSTVL is a multi-award-winning electronic music festival that takes place just outside of London every May. Set in an old WW1 airfield in Upminster, the event focuses on creating an immersive, custom-built environment for its patrons and hosts some of the biggest artists and DJs in Europe. Although tickets were sold out as of yesterday, the festival organizers have just announced a limited additional ticket sale after they were able to get authorization for a capacity increase. Expertly Curated Line Up
The first time that I saw the line up for We Are FSTVL, I had to do a double take. The festival is absolutely stacked to the brim with talent. Over 300 acts all across the club and dance music spectrum will perform including heavyweights Carl Cox, Basement Jaxx, Craig David, Ricardo Villalobos, Sven Väth, Marco Carola, and Dubfire who could each headline a festival in their own right. The world’s leading club brands and labels are also on show with stages taken over by Space Ibiza, Cocoon, Hospitality, Circoloco, Defected, and UKF. Rounding out the event is a prime selection of UK Grime with artists like Wiley, Giggs, Kurupt FM, Bugzy Malone, and Dizzie Rascal.
Camping and Exclusive Campsite Stages
2017 is a landmark year for We Are FSTVL. The 5th iteration of the event marks the first time that attendees can camp on-site. In addition to benefiting from easier access to the festival grounds, campers can attend campground-only stages that will start the party on Friday night and will feature some of the top talent from the festival line up like Steve Lawler, Solardo, Sam Divine, and Darius Syrossian.
Ball TF Out with We Are XCLSV
We Are XCLSV is the ultra-luxury branch of We Are FSTVL and this time it includes luxury camping. Those of you lucky enough to afford this (others, like me, can only dream!) will enjoy priority arrival, spas, pop-ups, free lockers, a private mainstage viewing platform, and table service. There’s also the small matter of ultra-exclusive, surprise sets from We Are FSTVL DJs. Rest assured this will be nothing like a certain other Caribbean festival you may have heard about.
