About 5 years ago, a dubstep-rock band emerged from the UK like no one had ever heard before. Tony, Josh, Matt, and Nick of Modestep conquered the technical aspect of combining a DJ, drummer, guitarist, and vocalist not only in the studio, but in their live performances as well. Their tunes caught on in the UK due to the power of the internet along with a weekly radio show they were hosting. Their outrageous music videos have expanded their reach even further. For two years they were playing on average 300 shows per year, making it to New York’s Webster Hall one other time, until they released their debut album, Evolution Theory in 2013. A little under a year later, drummer Matt and guitarist Nick left Modestep to pursue their own music careers. To fill the void, drummer Pat and guitarist Kyle were brought on board and their next album, London Road, was born. It’s will be available May 25, and you can pre-order it on iTunes here.
