Next month drops an album that should not be overlooked if you are a fan of nu-disco. Ryan DeRobertis aka Skylar Spence prepares for his commercial debut with the release of "Prom King", a funky nostalgic collection that draws you back to the era of light up dance floors and live bands serenading at your parents' high school dances.

His first single "Can't You See" features Rob Pinkston, most famously known as Coconut Head of Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, who takes the role of an underdog in the music video. This highly addictive number will make you light on your feet as DeRobertis serenades to you the troubles of being in love and overlooked.

His album drops September 18th so be sure to save the date.
