With the festival season edging closer and producers and DJs alike releasing new exciting material, dance music fans are in for another treat of a summer. With Miami Music Week going down as a success, the attention moves to Europe where major festivals such as Awakenings and We Are FSTVL are about to kick off. Enrico Sangiuliano - Eating Bloody Shit (Original Mix)
Besides the name, this track is seriously nice. Italian techno producer Sangiuliano sets the tone early with a dark and intense buildup before smashing into a fast paced aggressive drop. Simple but effective techno track.
Luke Bond feat Roxanne Emery - On Fire (Aly & Fila Remix)
With the original featuring on ASOT, Egyptian trance duo Aly & Fila stepped up to remix this track, which features the ethereal vocals of Roxanne Emery. Adding a more signature uplifting sound to the track, luscious melodies resonate throughout.
Patrick Topping - Forget
Taken from his latest EP release on Hot Creations, Patrick Topping's 'Forget' is easily one of the releases of the year for me so far. Clever vocal samples are used throughout, trippy bell noises and the occasional scream perfectly compliment this rolling, upbeat house tune. This is going to be big.
Ferreck Dawn & Redondo - Love Too Deep
Another feel good house track from Dutch duo Redondo and fellow Dutchman Ferreck Dawn. Luscious chords, a continuous bassline and ridiculously catchy vocals make this tune the perfect summer warm up listen. Enjoy
Santé - Talking House
Huge track here from a stalwart of the scene Sante. Known for his unique style and with numerous releases on Cocoon, Desolat and 8Bit he's delivered to perfection here. This energetic house track is going to fill dancefloors for sure this summer.
Christoph DFTD Mix
Perfect house vibes from one of Newcastle's hottest talents Christoph. Following on from his successful EP release of 'Shelter' there are certainly big things to come this summer.
Hannah Wants & Chris Lorenzo - Girls
Although released on Hannah Wants' soundcloud nearly a year ago, the official release on Food Music came out yesterday, which brought to our attention what a solid tune this one is. With a more driving and aggressive bassline to usual jackin tracks this one is a gem.
Maximiljan - Music Is EP
Unbelievable EP here from Amsterdam based house producer Maximiljan. The 4 track EP is exceptional, with all of the songs boasting individual qualities. Definitely one to listen out for this summer.
Playtime Productions - Let It Run
After ending their set at Lightbox London with this song the previous weekend, we realised what a gem this was. Released over 5 months ago, the dark, industrial vibe still sounds perfect, with a smooth rolling bassline signature of the London based duo perfectly finishing off this track.
