Both artists recently threw it down at the Desert Hearts festival a few months ago, Porky being possibly my favorite set of the weekend. Their collaboration feels like a homage to the good vibes they both bring to the floor whenever they step behind the decks. The heavy bass is a straight energy-driver for the minimal drum production throughout the track. The Jerry Springer “baby daddy” sample gives it a ghetto-house vibe and is a contrast to the quirky sound design that is sprinkled all over this thing. Overall this is a solid debut release and we look forward to hearing on the dance floor while we look for our future baby mommas!
