Canadian musical artist Kaytranada has always had a way with his tracks; some are heavily dance-friendly, while others emit a more somber vibe. Whatever the circumstance, his music has always been a personal go-to. Luckily, for all of the die-hard Kaytranada fans, he brewed up an album entitled “99.9%.” It consists of groovy tracks that you will indubitably fall in love with. The various voices on the album, such as Alunageorge and Shay Lia, all add their own unique twist on Kaytranada’s classic sound. The album starts off strong with the song "TRACK UNO," as it catalyzes a force of groove and euphonically pleasing sounds. It takes you on a flavorful journey through Kaytranada’s mind and creative flow, filled with shoulder bouncing and body swaying. You can quite literally taste the funk. He commences the album with "BULLETS," featuring Little Dragon, a soothing song that closes this artistic piece on a high note. Each song is extraordinary and different, but when the songs all come together, the album flows blissfully and smoothly. Although the name of the album is "99.9%," once you conclude your listen, you will be left 100% satisfied.
