Haim - If I Could Change Your Mind (The Knocks Remix)

March 19, 2014 -

Ian Miller

New York's The Knocks have been a favorite of mine for some time now.  They've got a knack for concocting tracks with infectious blends of funky rhythms and progressive melodies, their musical history for extending five+years.  Though their originals have a respected place in the discography of this progressing genre, their remixes are just as good, if not better.  Add this one to the list, a new one of Los Angeles' Haim.  Their remix of  "If I Could Change Your Mind" stays true to the vocals of the talented sisters, but injects with a feel-good vibe, with striking chords and a pulsing and smooth back-beat.  I can see this one being big once the flowers start to bloom~
