THE GEEK x VRV "ELECTRIC CITY" EP IS ONE THAT SPEAKS TO THE SOUL

March 6, 2015 -

Based out of Paris, this electro-soul duo have been making waves with their ever so smooth production and delicate sample choices.  Garnering widespread support including co-signs from Odesza and Kygo, The Geek x Vrv are making their North American debut this Spring, embarking on a 8+ city U.S. run with Late Night Radio.

It should be no surprise that this is getting a release on GRiZ's label "All Good Records". The first track on the EP "I Shouldn't Know" starts off with an 80's porno synth that quickly evolves into 100% funk that has you wanting to put the track on blast while road tripping. While the "Electric City" track takes a more melodic approach which is suited for that late night drive home after a great night out. Every track on the EP has it's own little story to it that fits various moods and could be used as a soundtrack for life itself. Don't believe me? Check out the whole EP below and go over here to grab a free download of "Electric City"!
