Netherlands natives Tim Benjamin Smulders and Jurre van Doeselaar, more widely known as the electro/progressive house duo Firebeatz have been making huge waves in the EDM scene since their inception in 2008. Their songs have been played on stages across the world, and supported by many. It is safe to say that they have earned their spot in the industry as world-class artists.

But what fans usually do not see is the more personal side of their favorite artists. What goes on when they're not making music or playing shows? For Firebeatz, their solution to the matter is unique, introspective, and also quite creative. They are announcing a mini-documentary series that will give the fans the insider look they've been looking for. Each episode will have particular themes related to their lives that make for a fun and entertaining experience. Check out the trailer here:

We also got to ask the duo about the documentary, as well as what more we can expect from them. Here's what they had to say:

What motivated you guys to film this documentary in such a unique way?

We wanted to make sure that our fans get to know us better and see what we're doing in our personal lives as well.
How important to you is having a personal connection with your fans?
Without our fans we wouldn't be traveling all around the world so we are very thankful to them, therefore we wanted to set up this documentary series to get a more personal connection with our fans!
What can we expect from Firebeatz in the future? Any exciting details you'd like to share?

Our next single, a collab with Fafaq , 'Sir Duke' will be released June 13. You can check the previews on our socials.
Furthermore we've got a lot of new music that we are working on right now and we can't wait for the crazy summer tour to begin!
