There's no better way to celebrate the first day of spring than attending Beyond Wonderland 2015. This festival has a great variety of genres to check out, and you can't afford to be at just one stage all night. I hope this article will entice you to explore all the genres being played this weekend cause who knows, you might find something you'll actually like. If music had boundaries, we would never know the limits.

Trap - ​Slander
Mad Hatter's Castle

I've noticed that Slander has been gaining a lot of attention especially with one of their highly played songs, 'Ascension'. I witnessed Slander's set at Nocturnal Wonderland 2014, and had the great pleasure of meeting them. These guys are surely on the rise and have a lot in store for them. They recently released their Monarchy Tour 2015 and though I don't often listen to trap, I will be sure to make my way to the Mad Hatter's Castle to enjoy a grimy and heavy-bass set.

Hardstyle - D-Block & S-Te-Fan
Mad Hatter's Castle
(1:00 am - 2:00)

I was very happy to see these DJ's close day two out. Every subgenre of EDM has its own distinct quality, but Hardstyle itself I find very unique. What separates these DJ's from others are the unforgettable lyrics incorporated in their songs along with the heavy bass and high BPM counts that just make you want to dance or shuffle like crazy. I highly suggest you let the music take you to their set because this will be one great close to Beyond Wonderland.

Trance - Astrix
Mad Hatter's Castle
(8:00-9:30)

Really love the sounds that this man created. I think it was a great selection from the talent buyers at Insomniac. If you want to explore music genres then I highly recommend you check this artist out.

Electro/Progressive House - Chuckie
Queen's Domain
(11:00-12:00)

The dirty dutch legend is headlining this festival, and I couldn't be more excited to see him get down. I have an idea of what to expect, but at the same time, I never know with him. Heavily excited for this set!

Dubstep - Getter
Mad Hatter's Castle
(4:00-5:00)

I love me some filthy Dubstep so I know I'll swing by the Mad Hatter's stage to catch this set. This guy has made tracks with some of the biggest names within this genre so it's easy to assume it will be grimy in the castle. I highly suggest to see him if you're looking to get loco!

Drum N' Bass - Andy C
Mad Hatter's Castle
(12:00-1:00)

Drum N' Bass is one genre that isn't too big over here, but one that I would love to see grow. It's the true underground EDM in my mind. Andy C is an expert in this field of music, so it's a perfect face to the genre for this festival. One of the few DJ's that still uses vinyls for their mixing.

Deep House- Soul Clap
The Funk House
(11:30-12:30)

I am so excited for this duo to play just because it's really rare when they make it to this part of the world. I know I can see Tchami up in LA whenever, but that's not the case with Soul Clap. So I suggest you see them play while you can cause you never know when they will be back.  I love how versatile they are with their production, and on top of that his creative mixing. One of the top sets I can't wait to see!
