It's that time of year again! One of Los Angeles's biggest festivals, HARD Summer is returning with 2 more stages, a STACKED lineup, and a whole new venue! Last year's event was at the Los Angeles Historic Park, and this year they've moved the party over to the Whittier Narrows Recreation Area in El Monte, an LA suburb that is a short distance away from the previous venue.
